Campaign Period

The Campaign will run for one (1) month commencing from 1/9/2020 to 30/9/2020 (“the Campaign Period”). DHL shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Campaign Period and/or cancel/terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.



  1. Only selected customers who have indicated their consent to receive marketing and promotional materials and information from DHL are eligible to participate in this Campaign. Each eligible customer or its representative will receive a personalised email from DHL on the details of the Campaign. A customer who is interested in participating in the Campaign is required to register and submit the entry form to DHL before the stipulated deadline according to the instructions set out in such email, making him/her a “Participant”. By participating in and accepting a prize under this Campaign, the Participant is assumed to have obtained the full consent and authorisation of the customer (in the case where the customer is not a natural person) to participate and receive such prize on its behalf.
  2. In order for the selected customers (a company with existing DHL Corporate Account) to be entitled to a reward under this campaign:

    i. the customer is required to have an existing MyDHL account; and

    ii. the shipment/s must be made via such login account during the promotion period.

  4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:

    • (a) employees of DHL (including its affiliates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)); and

    • (b) representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of DHL (including its affiliates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)).


Qualifying Criteria and Submission of Entries

  1. Each Participant will be accorded a shipment target as set by DHL below (the “Campaign Target”). If the Campaign Target is met within the Campaign Period, the Participant will receive a DHL Cutlery set.

  2. DHL shall have the sole right and discretion to select the winning entries and all intellectual property rights therein shall vest solely in DHL for use by DHL in such manner and for such purpose as DHL shall in its absolute discretion deem fit. Each participant can only receive one (1) prize.

  3. All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified. Incomplete, illegible and/or inaccurate entries will also be disqualified.


Campaign Rewards

  1. All rewards will be delivered to the Participant within 60 days from the end of the Campaign Period.
  2. The eligible recipient and/or Participant is required to acknowledge his/her acceptance of the reward in writing and in such form as provided by DHL.   
  3. All rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable whether in cash or kind and are subject to the terms and conditions governing its use. All rewards are subject to availability and DHL reserves the rights to substitute a particular reward with another of similar or comparable value.
  4. All recipients and/or Participant will be notified via email/phone.



  1. All decisions made by DHL are final and binding.
  2. DHL reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part terms & conditions of the Campaign without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  3. DHL does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of the rewards and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the utilisation thereof.
  4. Each company is entitled to receive only one (1) DHL Cutlery set
  5. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures or marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
  6. The laws of Malaysia shall govern these terms and conditions.
